There are many extrusion processes in today’s markets, and because of our distinct customer base, we have continuously invested in diversifying our processes.
Profile Extrusion - Profile extrusion is extrusion of a shaped product that can be a variety of configurations, but does not include sheet or film products.
Co-Extrusion - Co-extrusion is an extrusion process used to obtain a product that combines two textures: one material is extruded and continuously filled with another to form a single product.
Tube Extrusion - A tube is formed by pressing the extruded polymer through a circular die and vacuum calibrator/water tank. Tubes can be cut to specified lengths or wound up on our coiling machines. E&C also has a vast arsenal of stock tubing tools. Please get in touch with us as we either already have the size you are looking for, or can easily convert an existing size to the size you are requesting at absolutely no cost to you!
Sheet Extrusion - Sheet extrusion is the process which is used to produce plastic sheets and films. Sheets and films can then be cut to exact sizes.
